As usual, we do have terms and conditions which are applied in our business transactions. please read and understand to avoid any misunderstood in the transactions. thank you.

1. Deposit must be paid upon order.
   
2. Full payment must be paid when we already confirmed your order and record it in our calendar.
   
3. Cancellation order will affect your deposit. Deposit will not be returned.
   However, we do not prefer cancellation. Hence, we are looking for serious buyers only.
   
4. Price is including postage for kek lapis (minimum 3pieces -1/3 size).
